Abstract
|

|
The absorotion of Aminopyrine Complexes such as Aminopyrine-Aspirin Compound and Aminopyrine￢Aspirine Mixed Compound were studied in small intestine of rat.
The Aminopyrine-Aspirine Complex Compound when applied to rat´s small intestines resulted in accelerated absorption than aminopyrine did, while generally inhibited absorption was observed when the Aminopyrine Aspirine Mixed Compound were administered.
As the results of peameability coefficient, absorption velocity constant and absorption half life, it is considered that a complex will be formed by the interaction between Aminopyrine and Aspirine.
